Reasonably priced nothing fancy but definitely not a trashy place. Well kept and very nice employees.
It was great I parked my trailer under a covered roofover that was free as long as my trailer stayed n I left....,
It's OK to overnight. The laundry is well maintained!
The positives are, on-site coin laundry, some tree coverage, on-site cable with about 20 channels....
Very convinent to I 20 but quiet,well kept and Mary was helpful and kind.
Negatives are, practically no maintenance is done on the property; ie....no tree trimming, no limb pickup, no leaf pickup & no weed eating around your actual trailer....no battery backup for the water system (if the electric goes out you don't have any water)...sewer tends to backup and cause an awful smell around the whole area
